Program

The Scientific Committee is planning a program that will cover a wide variety of subjects in feline retrovirology and include keynote lectures as well as contributed papers and posters. The symposium will include the following topics:

  • Diagnosis & Therapy
  • Emerging Diseases
  • Epidemiology
  • Feline Immunodeficiency Virus
  • Feline Leukemia Virus
  • Feline Models of Disease
  • Immunology
  • New Technologies
  • Non-domestic Cats
  • Pathogenesis
  • Vaccines
  • Viral Vectors & Gene Therapy
  • Virology

The symposium will also include talks on sequencing of the feline genome, on the history of feline retrovirus research, and on current topics in non-retroviral infectious diseases in felids.
