Registration

ATTENTION LATE REGISTRANTS: Conference registration will NOT be possible at the door. A link to the Colorado State University (CSU) registration page on the web is found below. Speakers registering with CSU after October 5 (Thursday) MUST bring proof of their CSU registration with them to the meeting.

Registration will not be through the NCI, but will be conducted by members of the International Advisory Committee at Colorado State University, which will charge an early-bird fee of US $400 for each participant registering by September 8, 2006. After September 8, 2006, the fee is $500. Students may register for $200 through September 8, 2006, or $300 afterwards.

Click here to go to the Registration web page provided by the IFRRS8 International Advisory Committee at Colorado State University.

The link will direct you to a non-NCI registration page at Colorado State University that lists a number of conferences. You should select "8th International Feline Retrovirus Research Symposium" and click "Register." This will guide you through the registration process. Note that the conference will take place in Washington, DC, and not in Colorado.

Registration will entitle you to:

  • Attend all plenary and scientific sessions
  • Receive program and abstracts
  • Entry to poster display
  • Welcome reception on Sunday evening
  • Conference banquet

Registration does not include hotel accommodations.

Cancellations and refunds:

Registration fees will be refunded, less a $20.00 administration fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than September 8, 2006. After that date, registration fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are allowed.

Special Requirements:

Registrants with dietary or other special requirements should contact us in advance.
